St. Katherines Taekwondo: At St Katherine's students are taught both traditional techniques such as patterns, prearranged sparring, board breaking, self defence and street fighting as well as Sports Taekwondo (competition sparring).

We have incorporated more Sports TaeKwonDo over the years as we feel that in sporting combat you can apply your techniques and judge their efficiency in a full contact situation.
