During the weekend of 9 and 10 of June 2007, the club “CDR Águias Unidas” and the “Associação Escolas Hwarang Taekwondo” organised, for the 2nd consecutive year, with the support of the communes of Seixal (Portugal), the Taekwondo International Tournament.

There were a total of 261 athletes in Poomsae (forms) competition and 356 in Kyorugi (sparring) representing seven countries. This was the biggest international championship held in Portugal so far.
